Every One&Only Hudson Valley Home Owner becomes a member of Club One.
Created for owners, their families and guests, the club opens the door to resort amenities, owners-only spaces, private culinary and social experiences, priority access and selected benefits across One&Only, Kerzner and Clinique La Prairie.
Club One also supports the ongoing stewardship and management of the Private Homes community, bringing many traditional residential association functions together within a hospitality-led ownership experience.
Club initiation is included with the purchase of a Private Home, with annual membership dues applying thereafter.
THE ORCHARD CLUB
Your private retreat above the valley
Set at one of the estate’s most elevated points, The Orchard Club is reserved exclusively for Home Owners.
Warm, intimate and deliberately unstuffy, it reimagines the country club for a new generation: less about ceremony, more about atmosphere, good food, great drinks, shared interests and the freedom to settle in.
A private elevator leads to a collection of spaces for gathering, dining, listening, playing or simply watching the light change over the Hudson.

The Lounge
A fireside living room and owners-only bar forms the social heart of the club.
Drop in for a drink, meet friends or settle into your favourite chair. Private bottle storage gives regular rituals a distinctly personal touch.
The Listening Room

A space with no fixed agenda.
The Parlor
An indoor-outdoor private dining room where the bar doubles as a demonstration kitchen.
