Some places can only be understood in person. Over four days, we welcomed a small group of future homeowners, partners and friends to walk the land where the resort is beginning to take shape.
The weekend opened with an introduction to Clinique La Prairie and its pioneering approach to longevity. Its future Longevity Hub will be part of daily life here, bringing together precision diagnostics, nutrition, movement, recovery and preventative health. Gensler then shared the thinking behind the architecture and interiors, where each Private Home is designed around quiet luxury and easy indoor-outdoor living.
Between those moments came long meals rooted in the region’s culinary heritage, and an afternoon at the Mashomack International Polo Challenge, one of the valley’s favorite summer traditions.

The photographs capture the weekend. What they can’t capture is morning mist lifting off the Hudson beneath old trees, or the conversations around the table. For anyone who couldn’t join us, a private discovery tour is the best way to see it.
